Plan Your Visit to Living Hope!
We get it, visiting a new church is awkward. First off, thanks so much for giving us a chance. Our website is a great resource for basic information and sermon links to give you a feel for our services. If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our info is down below.
What to Expect
Worship services begin with a warm welcome from our volunteer entrance greeters who are waiting to meet members, newcomers, and visitors alike with a friendly hug or handshake. They are there to welcome you and help make you comfortable. If you have questions, just ask!
In total, our Sunday worship service is about 60 minutes long and begins with our live band, led by our worship director, singing contemporary Christian music. Song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship, however you feel comfortable. Following the music church leadership leads us in a Spirit led prayer, ushering us into that week's message. The Pastor’s message is inspirational, challenging, and relevant and often times is thematic to our worship.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here at Living Hope we are pretty casual. There is no dress code (some come in shorts and t-shirts, others may wear nice pants and a dress shirt; whatever is comfortable for you).
We don’t have assigned seats so sit wherever you would like! We have stackable chairs, no pews, and hope everyone feels comfortable wherever the end up.
Just come as you are! Some people bring bibles or notepads to follow along with the service. You are also welcome to bring your own coffee, tea, or water.
We provide clipboards with crafts for our smallest guests, but also offer nursery, and children’s church (during the school year) to engage with all ages.
After the sermon we sing one final song to encourage us and send us on our way. Then, we gather in the narthex for coffee, juice, and snacks while we enjoy each other’s fellowship.
